We have worked to help entrepreneurs improve their access to finance and markets, and provided an assessment of the investment opportunities in Tunisia and Algeria for the USAID INVEST initiative.

We are providing local management support to stimulate non-traditional financing flows for small businesses in Tunisia by developing and delivering innovative financial products through venture capital funds, leasing and factoring companies, government-backed funds and business support organizations.

We recently worked to promote greater transparency, accountability and responsiveness of government institutions in Tunisia and build the capacity of civil society organizations to advocate for greater transparency and hold their government into account. Activities focused on enhancing public access to government information.

We have conducted a study to evaluate the market potential for the launch of an African Development Bank-sponsored private equity fund focused on renewable energy projects. We are also providing local relationship management and administrative support to help the Project Consultant manage the Green Value Chain credit facility funded by EBRD in Tunisia

Moez provides overall leadership to ensure effective project management of our activities. Prior to founding the firm, he held various positions at financial institutions, including Societe Generale in Paris, New York and Montreal. Moez holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Paris Dauphine University (Paris, France).

Ichraf manages our overall programmatic operations in Tunisia. Prior to that, she managed a family-owned small business operating in the industrial sector. She holds a Master’s degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from McGill University (Montreal, Canada).

Mondher has more than 30 years of professional experience as a private equity fund manager, business strategist consultant and certified coach in entrepreneurship.

Sawsen is responsible for the communication and administrative aspects of our activities. Prior to that, she held business development roles for private Tunisian and British education institutions. Mrs. Ben Lakhdher holds a Master’s degree in English for Communication from the Higher Institute of Languages of Tunis.

Fatma is responsible for providing support in business development including research, data analysis and coordination . Mrs. Hakim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Tunis Business School.
